Ufly Rewards is a program for Sun Country customers. There are two membership options; Ufly Rewards and Ufly Rewards Plus. By joining Ufly Rewards...which is free, customers can earn travel awards and receive other valuable information including deals and news about Sun Country Airlines.

How do I enroll in Ufly Rewards?
It's simple. Go to Ufly Rewards at www.suncountry.com and click on Register Now under Program Overview. We’ll issue you a membership number and PIN so you can enjoy the benefits of the Ufly Rewards program.

Can I enroll offline?
Ufly Rewards is primarily an online (electronic) customer loyalty program. By keeping member communications largely online, Sun Country can keep costs lower and continue providing great fares. Just use your Ufly Rewards membership number and PIN to sign-in and manage your Ufly Rewards account.

How do I earn travel awards in the Ufly Rewards Program?
To earn points/rewards, provide your nine-digit Ufly Rewards membership number when you:
a. Book Sun Country online at www.suncountry.com
b. Make reservations through Sun Country Reservations toll-free at 1-800-359-6786 or 651-905-2737 for Minneapolis/St. Paul local calls (Mon-Sun, 5am-Midnight Central Time).
c. Make reservations on a Sun Country scheduled flight through an independent travel agency, including online agencies such as Travelocity, Expedia and Orbitz.
d. When completing qualifying purchases with Sun Country Rewards Program Partners

How else can I accrue Sun Country Ufly Rewards points?
You can purchase points in increments of 10 up to a maximum of 40 points per year for your account use or as a gift and send them to friends/family by email. For details, click on Ufly Rewards at www.suncountry.com

How many points do I need to earn a travel award?
The first award level is available at 100 points.

How many points do I earn for each trip on Sun Country?
Five (5) points for one-way Coach Class and seven (7) points for one-way First Class travel. Please note: airport/on-board upgrades are excluded.

Are there bonus point promotions?
Yes from time to time. Visit www.suncountry.com and click on Earning Points under Ufly Rewards to see a list of the latest bonus point promotions.

Do my points expire?
Points will not expire as long as you the member earn points or redeem points within Ufly Rewards at least once every 3 years

How do I redeem my points for an award trip on Sun Country?
Sun Country Awards are available once a member has accumulated 100 points in the Program. Ufly Rewards points may be redeemed for awards online at www.suncountry.com. Click on “Ufly Rewards Flights” to begin your award travel reservation. Or, you may redeem awards by calling Sun Country Reservations toll-free at 1-800-359-6786 or 651-905-2737 for Minneapolis/St. Paul local calls (Mon-Sun, 5am-Midnight Central Time). You will be notified by e-mail as to your account standing (that's why it's important to keep your e-mail address current in your Ufly Rewards account profile).

Can I transfer my award ticket?
Yes, at time of award booking, the member redeeming points can specify another person.

Will I receive a membership card?
No. But you can print an image of your card/membership number when you enroll or anytime by going to Ufly Rewards at www.suncountry.com and clicking on "Print Card" under Manage My Account.

Will I receive point statements in the mail?
No but you will receive electronic statements by e-mail and you can access your account online at www.suncountry at your convenience.

I forgot my Ufly Rewards membership number. How can I find my account number?
You can retrieve your account number/information online by going to Ufly Rewards at www.suncountry.com and clicking on "Account Activity" under Manage My Account, or by calling Sun Country Reservations toll-free at 1-800-359-6786 or 651-905-2737 for Minneapolis/St. Paul local calls (Mon-Sun, 5am-Midnight Central Time).

I forgot to add my Ufly Rewards number when I booked my reservation. Is there a way to get point credit for a flight I've already completed?
Yes. Mail or fax a copy of your original boarding pass or ticket receipt within 90 days of your flight to:

In the case of missing Program Partner Points, it is the member's responsibility to visit the Partner’s website for instructions on how to request missing points or to contact the participating Partner to verify qualifying purchase(s) and transmittal of points to Sun Country Airlines.
