To Book Award Travel: Ufly Rewards points may be redeemed for awards online at www.suncountry.com. Click on “Ufly Rewards Flights” to begin your award travel reservation. Or, you may redeem awards by calling Sun Country Reservations toll-free at 1-800-359-6786 or 651-905-2737 for Minneapolis/St. Paul local calls (Mon-Sun, 5am-Midnight Central Time). Award options and point requirements are as follows:
At time of award booking, the member redeeming points can specify another person (transfer award).
Changes to award tickets are possible by calling Sun Country Reservations toll-free at 1-800-359-6786 or 651-905-2737 for Minneapolis/St. Paul local calls (Mon-Sun, 5am-Midnight Central Time). They are subject to the same change fees and policies as full fare Sun Country Airlines tickets: Coach class tickets may be changed at any time for a fee of $75 per domestic ticket and $100 per international ticket. Name changes are allowed for an additional fee of $75 per ticket. First Class tickets can be rebooked with no change fee. Award tickets can only be changed for flights in the same or lower point requirement travel zone.
Ufly Rewards award travel tickets expire one year after issued if not totally used. All tickets must have confirmed outbound and return reservation dates; no open date tickets are issued.

Ufly Rewards members are responsible for all passenger facility charges, customs and immigration fees, departure fees, September 11 Security Fees, taxes, and any other fees or surcharges applicable to award travel. Fees and surcharges must be paid by credit card at the time award travel is ticketed. Award travel will not be ticketed without payment. Member or the passenger is also responsible for all required travel documentation necessary for award travel.
